Storage Options

Swartz Moving & Storage offers a variety of options suitable for the safe keeping of most any inventory or product you may need to store. Divided between three strategically located warehouses, Swartz has a total of 146,000 square feet of high-cube indoor storage.

Our 96,000 square foot Portland warehouse includes 26,000 square feet of climate controlled storage in addition to 70,000 square feet of conventional dry storage. The climate room - designed to maintain 70 degrees (+/- 4 degrees) and 50% humidity (+/- 2%) – is suitable for the storage of environmentally sensitive equipment as well as valuable artwork and heirlooms. The climate room environment is monitored by a computerized and redundant data logging system, and features advanced security and protection systems.

Additionally, our Portland facility includes 75,000 square feet of secured outdoor storage. This economical storage option is suitable for vehicles as well as oversize items not sensitive to outdoor environmental conditions (i.e.: storage sheds, gazebos, etc.).

Swartz’s Corvallis and Hillsboro facilities each offer an additional 25,000 square feet of secured dry storage.

All of our warehouses are configured with a mix of open floor, racking and vault storage options. The warehouse configurations can be easily reconfigured to provide the optimal layout and accessibility your storage needs dictate.
